Milton Lowe is passionate about photography, and has been ever since he received a camera on his
5th birthday.
Educated in Launceston, Milton had 25 years working in the banking industry, where accuracy
was paramount and a 'do it once, do it right'
attitude was implanted.
From 1991 - 2006 Milton was an award winning
Real Estate consultant.
In 2006, Milton saw a niche opening in the Residential Real Estate sales market, where quality images would be required to market properties, particularly on the internet, and his dream of being paid for something he loved doing, was born,
Milton took the risk and started a professional photography service - PropertyPIX, and has continually grown the business, mainly through satisfied customers in a referral network.
In particular with people selling their property, Milton has an in-depth knowledge and the experience to know what the owners are going through and the stress selling their home can cause. And importantly, he knows what photos will entice buyers to enquire about the property.
From the 1 bedroom unit, the tired rental property, the holiday dream shack, your family home, or the expansive luxury mansion; Milton has photographed over 10,000 properties since starting.
As the word spread, Milton's scope of photography has expanded to Commercial Photography, Short Stay Accommodation, Builders and Architects, Aerial and Drone Photography and Video, with the added bonus of a Floor Plan Service.
The Mantra Group with their Peppers Seaport Launceston, York Cove George Town, One Sandy Bay Road Apartments and more recently, the brand new Peppers Silo Hotel in Launceston are just some of PropertyPIX's satisfied clients.
Heather Lowe
Milton's wife Heather assists with the business book-keeping, and staging of properties ready for photo shoots.
Heather has had ten years experience working in real estate sales, firstly as a Personal Assistant to Milton for 5 years, and then as a fully-fledged consultant in
her own right.
Richard Kerr
Rich works in partnership with Milton to service the Floor Plan arm of the business.
Using his many years experience in drafting and design, Rich is meticulous and his attention to detail ensure that all Floor Plans are accurate and provide helpful measurements, even to the size of the fridge cavity!
