Proofs

We can supply the set of photos from the photoshoot in whatever format you wish. Initially we can email a set of draft low resolution photos for your perusal.

Delivery

• High resolution (TIFF, jpg, EPS) for glossy printing (at 300dpi) or photoboards, plus a set re-sized for Internet use (at 72 dpi).
• By electronic download from a Web Gallery for swift turnaround, or by CD, or USB download.

Copyright

Milton Lowe @ PropertyPIX retains copyright of all images. Prices are for a license only. The license allows the original purchaser to use the images to promote the property exclusively or for the intended use when the order was given. The images cannot be on-sold or supplied to Third Parties without the prior consent of PropertyPIX. For any other usage please contact  Milton Lowe on 0418-123-829.

Pricing

Requests for Photoshoots can be many and varied.

Factors effecting the price can be:

• the size of the property
• the number of images the client requires
• the location - whether travel outside of the Hobart CBD is involved
• the number of visits to the property to catch the sun
• whether a night shoot is required
• external costs like plane or cherry picker hire

As a guideline only, and subject to the above points; the expected costs could be within these ranges:

• Budget Shoot within the Hobart 10km radius area, from $140
• Residential properties, full shoot for real estate marketing purposes - $170-$250
• Night shoots, from $165
• Aerial shoots from $220 plus cost of plane hire
